In a 75-90 minute session, Lauren facilitates a safe space for you to integrate your human experiences with those of your soul. Sessions are different for every individual yet typically include an initial discussion and a guided internal experience many describe as energy-shifting and sensory-rich to put you in touch with your soul voice in a deeper way.
My passion is to connect you with your soul voice in such an undeniable way you can access it at any time, any place, on your own. Body issues, self-healing, aspect integration, moving beyond the limits of the mind and emotions, relationships from the perspective of the soul, abundance-related experiences, I'm here to support you in whatever issue you want to dive into in a deep and meaningful way.
Many clients report Sar'h (the name for Lauren's soul) working with them in the dream state over the course of one to three nights after the session. That's why these soul integration sessions run a bit more price wise. Lauren and Sar'h spend many more hours assisting a client beyond the physical session DreamWalking the soul back to the human to create alignment and integration.
Sessions are held over Skype or in Lauren's Boulder County office. Once you purchase a session, Lauren will email you to set up a convenient time.
